Pricing and Payment

Service Time is purchased in block increments.
Time used in a single service exceeding 1 hour will be billed at quarterly (15minutes) increments, i.e., 1.25 hours x $40 = $50
15 minutes = $15 30 minutes = $25 1 Hour = $40 Full Day (5 to 7 hours) = $200
The above rates are for Service Time only, and do not include the cost of any items or goods required to complete your task. We are happy to purchase items on your behalf, but you must provide the money for us to do so prior to purchase. Receipts will always be provided for your “up front” payment as well as the actual item purchase receipts.
A free, no obligation, consultation about your task may be needed prior to accepting payment, this is to determine if we are able to assist you, and to discuss how much time your task requires.
Payment is due at the time of Service.
EFTPOS (Visa or Mastercard only) via a PayPal card reader.
Transfers from your own PayPal account via the PayPal card reader.
Receipts will be issued for all payments. (PayPal, by default, sends them electronically to your email address).
If you do not have an email address we will manually write you an Invoice (if required) and a Receipt.
Time may be purchased for future use (or as a Gift Voucher) and is valid for a 12 month period from the date of payment.
A Service Time Account will be created and advice regarding the balance sent each time you debit the account.
Time will be debited from your pre-paid account at a minimum increment of 15 minutes.
From time to time we may advertise discounts or special pricing, and when we do they will be announced on our Facebook page and posted on our Blog. If you would like to be advised of these directly by email, please contact us so we can arrange this.
